West Marine Pro is adding an Outside Sales Representative supporting the Ft Lauderdale market.
The West Marine Pro Sales Representative is responsible for developing profitable B2B relationships in their market. They will focus on new business development as well as maintaining existing key account relationships. This position is highly autonomous and requires an individual who is self-motivated and driven to achieve superior results. In addition, the West Marine Pro Sales Representative will participate with team members in developing strategies to continue to grow West Marine Pro’s market share in Southeast Florida.

- 2+ yrs Outside Sales experience preferred
- Must be self-motivated
- Clean driving record
- Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills
- Strong presentation, analytical and negotiation skills
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure meeting continuing deadlines
- Experience in developing and managing sales territories
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc.
- Ability to travel
