Moeller Marine Products is seeking a motivated OEM Regional Sales Manager, to manage the Midwest region of the U.S., which is a self-starter, is energized by results, and knows how to grow a product market and “own the business.”

This individual will be responsible for providing leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions for sales to OEM Marine customers as well as Industrial customers in the designated region.  Responsibilities also include developing and implementing a yearly business plan, sales and marketing strategy, and customer margin objectives:

Responsibilities:

  • Establish top line OEM and Industrial sales objectives, and manage the sales and marketing process to achieve these goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the team in Sparta, TN to assure 100% customer satisfaction. This includes Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
  • Research and develop strategies and plans, which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and collaborate on all project development planning.

 

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred , business, sales management or marketing a plus

Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful related trade industry relations efforts.
  • Willingness to travel 60%
