Sales Manager Wanted – Americas
Ferretti Group is seeking a Sales Manager for the Ferretti Yachts and Custom Line luxury yacht brands in the Americas. This is an integral position for the Ferretti Group Americas sales leadership organization, with responsibility for the development and execution of the sales strategy, brand development and distribution for the Ferretti Yachts and Custom Line brands in North and Latin America. This position will work with the direct sales organization and dealer network and will also liaise with the shipyards in Italy on product planning, product support and commercial materials and training support. The role is also ultimately responsible for driving the company’s achievement of its sales revenue goals for Ferretti Yachts and Custom Line in the Americas and contributing to the overall success of the company.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:
- • Proven track record in luxury brand sales, yacht industry preferred
- • Excellent understanding of the yacht industry
- • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- • Excellent communicator and confident negotiator
- • Effective at influencing decision makers at all levels
- • Demonstrate strong sales management and closing skills
- • Results oriented
- • Spanish and Italian languages an advantage
- • Prepared to travel extensively
- • Preferably technically minded, ability to develop and utilize metrics, and able to think analytically
