BRP said today that it has appointed Olivier Pierini as director of global marketing and strategic planning for its marine propulsion systems division.
Evinrude, of Sturtevant, Wis., is a maker of outboard engines and one of the brands of Valcourt, Quebec-based Bombardier Recreational Products.
BRP said it is offering 10-year, factory-backed extended service coverage on all Evinrude E-TEC and Evinrude E-TEC G2 engines.
BRP said its Rotax 4-TEC jet propulsion system will power the ABJET 445 model from AB Inflatables.

Bombardier Recreational Products unveiled four new Evinrude E-TEC G2 models this weekend — the G2 150, 150 H.O. (High Output), 175 and 200. They join the high-horsepower G2 models introduced in 2014 that range from the 200 H.O. to 300 hp.
This weekend Evinrude in Milwaukee will host its entire dealer and OEM network and unveil its latest Evinrude E-TEC G2 innovations. Among those attending are 15 new dealers and two new OEMs from the last quarter.
