Dealer conference names keynote speaker

The Marine Dealer Conference & Expo announced its keynote speaker for 2012.

The conference, which takes place Nov. 11-14 in Orlando, will feature author and internationally recognized speaker Robert Stevenson in a presentation titled “How the Best Get Better.”

Stevenson will provide concrete strategies to help dealers improve sales, customer loyalty and referral business by delivering an excellent customer experience.

Three tracks of content include a Powering Profits Track, a well-rounded package of educational sessions designed to appeal to strategic decision makers; a Sales & Marketing Track, timely sales topics and in-depth presentations on driving more sales through marketing; and a Service & Marina Track, sessions to facilitate idea sharing and provide perspectives for those who work in the service department.
