Dubai International Boat Show postponed

The Dubai International Boat Show has been postponed due to concerns about the coronavirus. Organizers said in a statement that the show will be held Nov. 24-28; it had been scheduled for March 10-14.

“In light of the evolving global developments around the COVID-19 virus, Dubai World Trade Centre has been closely monitoring the situation,” the statement said. “We have a high majority of key participants significant to the event’s programme that are unable to travel due to restrictions in their home country.”

With the new dates, organizers added that the “show shall operate at full capacity.”

The show will take place at Dubai Harbour, and the new dates coincide with Expo Dubai 2020. which runs from Oct. 20 to April 10, 2021.
