Gov. Rick Scott, R-Fla., visited ICAST and joined the National Marine Manufacturers Association in the Marine Accessories Pavilion.

Scott spoke with NMMA member Michael Sakowicz of Taco Marine about issues affecting the marine industry in Florida.

While at ICAST, Scott also issued a proclamation to make July Sportfishing Month in Florida, according to the NMMA.

NMMA staff thanked Scott for his support this year of the Progressive International Miami Boat Show.
