Freedom Boat Club plans activities at Southeast U.S. Boat Show

Freedom Boat Club will participate in the Southeast U.S. Boat Show, which is set for April 15-17 in Jacksonville, Fla.

The first event FBC will be part of is the USS Adams Museum Race to the Boat Show, which is scheduled to take place April 12.

Participants can buy toy boats for a chance to win the grand prize of a free one-year membership to the Freedom Boat Club. Hundreds of rubber toy boats will be dropped into the water at 4 p.m. to race to the finish line in front of Metropolitan Park.

FBC will be set up at the marina throughout the boat show. It also will host a T-shirt giveaway. It will showcase its Camachee Cove Marina location through a live camera, and guests can get their photo taken with Tracy Wave.
