METS announces keynote speaker

Trend watcher Adjiedj Bakas will be the keynote speaker at the Breakfast Briefing during the Marine Equipment Trade Show in mid-November in Amsterdam.

Bakas, an industry consultant and author, is expected to describe entrepreneurship opportunities that the economic downturn has created and highlight openings to transform the economy.

The briefing, co-organized by the International Council of Marine Industry Associations,  will be held at 8 a.m. Nov. 16 in the Forum of Amsterdam RAI. The Design Award METS award presentations will follow.
