Exhibitors of the 2016 Progressive Insurance Miami International Boat Show are invited to attend a webinar at 2 p.m. EST on Nov. 17 for an overview of the exhibitor kit and show information.

Boat show manager and vice president Cathy Rick-Joule, assistant show manager Melissa Gaffney and digital marketing manager Lisa Dick will present and address questions. The 45-minute session will address:

  • Overview of new website and navigation
  • How to use the exhibitor kit
  • Exhibitor checklist — important deadlines, including shipping notification and boat information forms
  • New move-in/move-out processes
  • Exhibitor credentials
  • "Be My Guest" ticket program and parking
  • Exhibitor parking refresher
  • New promotional toolkit

This webinar is open to all Miami show exhibitors and industry stakeholders. Registration is required.
