Midwest show set for Cleveland in January
The five-day 2014 Progressive Insurance Mid-America Boat Show will be held Jan. 16-20 at the I-X Center in Cleveland.
Organizers said the event will showcase hundreds of the latest pontoon boats, jetboats, cabin cruisers and sailboats, and the newest gear and tackle.
Representatives from marine manufacturers and area dealerships, as well as top Great Lakes fishing experts and product vendors, will be at the show to answer questions and provide information on watercraft, accessories and angling.
Capt. Dave Marciano of the National Geographic Channel’s “Wicked Tuna” will greet fans, pose for photos and sign autographs on Jan. 17-19.
Show hours are noon to 9 p.m. on Jan. 16; noon to 10 p.m. on Jan. 17; 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Jan. 18; 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Jan. 19; and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Jan. 20.
Admission is $12 for adults and $11 for visitors age 60 and older. Children 12 and younger are admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult.
