New boat show to debut in New Hampshire

The Great Northeast Boat Show will be making its premiere April 9-11 at the Hampshire Dome in Milford, N.H.

More than 150 boats will be displayed in the 100,000-square-foot venue, along with informative seminars that are being developed. Brands represented include Sea Ray, Four Winns, Formula and Boston Whaler.

The show is produced by Anthony Media Services, an advertising and marketing company with offices in New Hampshire and New York, which also runs the Lakeside Living Expo in Gilford, N.H.

Sales stagnate in March

Overall boat sales in March were slightly lower compared to last year and year-over-year growth was down by just over 1 percent, according to Statistical Surveys Inc., data that was gathered for 30 states.

Catawba Island show starts today
