New exhibitor Silver Seas Yachts won the Overall Best in Show award at the 2017 Pacific Sail & Power Boat Show.

Organizers said Silver Seas Yachts is an exclusive dealer for Cruisers, Princess Yachts, Tiara Yachts and Edgewater for California and the Southwest.

The honor was one of several best-in-show awards that organizers handed out at the four-day weekend event at the Craneway Pavilion and Marina Bay Yacht Harbor in Richmond, Calif.

Sail America produced the show, which wrapped up on Sunday. It featured the latest boat gear, accessories, free seminars, stand-up paddleboard races, radio-controlled model yacht sailing and interactive activities for young aspiring boaters.

The other best-in-show awards were:

Best in Show, Five or More Boats: Passage Nautical, a San Francisco Bay Area dealer and the exclusive yacht dealer for Beneteau sailboats and powerboats and Lagoon catamarans in the Bay area

Best Booth Display, 200 Square Feet and Under: Owl Harbor Marina, in Isleton, Calif.; the marina is home to about 200 vessels

Best Booth Display, Over 200 Square Feet: Mantus Anchors, a provider of anchors, scuba systems, lights and other products.

Sail America judged the contest with the help of three independent judges.
