Sail America annual meeting set for April

Sail America will hold its annual member meeting on April 11 during Strictly Sail Pacific in Oakland, Calif.

The meeting will take place from 8-9:30 a.m. at Scott's Restaurant and is open to Sail America members and all sailing industry professionals.

“Our annual member meeting gives us the opportunity to bring industry professionals together to discuss Sail America's initiatives and achievements," Sail America association manager Peter Durant said in a statement. “It's important to engage our membership in our mission and attract new members.”

The meeting, which includes breakfast, will serve as an update on Sail America's accomplishments, plans and initiatives.
