The Fred Hall Long Beach Show opens at the Long Beach (Calif.) Convention Center and Arena on March 4 and runs through March 8.

The outdoor recreation show will have 700 booths and several seminars and events.

The show features fishing tackle, boats, marine accessories, diving gear and hunting products, as well as camping gear. That combines with resorts, landings, lodges and outfitters that are onsite to book outdoor vacations for show visitors.

Boat show producer and marine magazine publisher Duncan McIntosh Co. bought the nearly 70-year-old shows last November, telling Trade Only at the time that he planned to expand the boat section.
