Marketing strategists Al Ries and Laura Ries will offer a special presentation - FOCUS For Boatbuilders: The Future of Your Company Depends on It - at the International BoatBuilders' Exhibition & Conference in October.

FOCUS derives from Al Ries' updated book of the same name in 2005. It is centered on the premise that long-lasting success depends on focusing on core products and eschewing the temptation to diversify into unrelated enterprises.
