Best Wishes to All

Appreciation for every member of a dealership team should be expressed often, of course. But there is no better time than during the joyous Christmas season. The simplest and most effective form of appreciation is giving positive praise. Thank you for all your efforts or You’ve been doing a really good job goes a long way, especially when praise is delivered in-person by the leader.

In the meantime, take a shot at singing my “Dealer’s Christmas Carol” (to the tune of “The Little Drummer Boy”).
