Feadship announced Francois van Well stepped down as president of Feadship America - a position he assumed in 2006 - April 1 to join Fort Lauderdale-based Merle Wood & Associates in a senior position. "I know it has become somewhat of a cliché to say one is moving on to a new challenge, but in my case this is genuinely so," van Well says in a statement.

Aluminum Chambered Boats, based in Bellingham, Wash., announced that founding CEO Larry Wieber stepped down but will continue to be on the company's board of directors. The company says Jim Moore, president and COO, will continue to lead the company.
