This month’s Pulse Report survey asks dealers about service, including if they’ve added service staff and if supply-chain issues are delaying maintenance and the availability of parts and products.

The survey also examines retail trends, product shortages and overall inventory levels, with the boating season underway.

Launched by the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas and Baird Research, the survey gauges monthly retail conditions. It includes the Marine Retail Sentiment Index, which tracks retailer confidence.
