American Boatbuilders Association selects supplier

I-Core Composites was selected by the American Boatbuilders Association as the supplier of choice for balsa core products.

This is a continuation of a long-standing relationship whereby I-Core has been the supplier of choice for the ABA since January 2008, according to I-Core.

The ABA is a buying group comprising independent boatbuilders in North America. ABA members seek long-term relationships with suppliers who are able to supply products on an ongoing basis.

"ABA … chose I-Core because of their quality products, technical support and commitment to ABA members,” ABA president Jay Patton said in a statement.

I-Core Composites is a privately operated manufacturer of structural core materials and is based in Cullman, Ala.
