Brewer donates $25,000 to help Haiti

In the wake of the recent earthquake that devastated Haiti, Brewer Yacht Yards has made a $25,000 contribution to Hope for Haiti.

In addition, during the month of January, the Brewer Yacht Yard Group matched all donations made to Hope for Haiti by Brewer Yacht Yard employees.

"We are fortunate to be in a position to contribute to the relief effort," said company president Jack Brewer in a statement. "Events like this remind us how lucky we are ... and how important it is to count our blessings, come together and reach out to our neighbors.

Brewer Yacht Yards has 21 marinas and boatyards from New York to Maine.
