The new marina boasts 420 Unifloat slips for boats from 24 to 60 feet in length. Additional side tie areas accommodate yachts up to 106 feet in length, and space outside the docks is designed for wet storage of dinghies, electric boats, PWCs and other small craft.

Scheduled to take up to two years to complete, the renovation was completed in 15 months. URS-Cash and Associates and Bellingham Marine managed the design and construction of the new marina.

Services on the docks include power, water, telephone, cable and wireless Internet access. New custom entry gates, 80-foot ADA compliant gangways and a security /monitoring system have also been installed. Bathrooms with showers and storage lockers are on-site for tenants and visitors.
