California's New Melones Lake Marina announced new and improved facilities, the addition of 2012 personal watercraft and a newly refurbished fleet.

The docks at the marina, which sustained serious damage during a storm last year, were repaired, and a large section — nearly 40 percent — is now completely replaced.

The marina is a full-service facility featuring upscale houseboat rentals, small boat and personal watercraft rentals and extensive private moorage. It is the only operation on New Melones Lake, under concession from the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation.

The marina is one of two operated by Houseboats.com.
