"This is my first Regal dealer conference since becoming a Regal dealer. Changing over to Regal is the best decision our organization has made," said Ray Hutchinson, of Safe Harbor Boat & Lift Sales, Kimberling City, Mo., in a statement. "While the competition is trying to find ways of taking features out to reduce cost, Regal is developing ways to improve practices and processes to add innovative features and progressive products that are exceptionally well priced."
During the Regal awards banquet, dealers received recognition for the categories of sales performance and customer satisfaction, leading up to the Top 20 dealers and culminating with the top awards. The No. 1 international distributor is Speedo Marine of China; the No. 1 CSI dealer is Chesapeake Master Marine of Williamsburg, Va.; and the No. 1 dealer worldwide is Crates Lake Country Boats of Ontario, Canada.
