Dealers and Distributors

Our weekly roundup of dealers and distributors includes news from Hunt Yachts, Waypoint Marine Sales and First Coast Powersports Group.

Ross Yacht Sales in Florida and Hampton Watercraft and Marine in Hampton Bays, N.Y., are the newest Hunt Yachts dealers.

Hampton Watercraft and Marine is Hunt's exclusive agent for Long Island.

Ross Yacht Sales has offices in Tampa Bay, Fort Myers and Naples and will be Hunt's exclusive representative for the west coast of Florida.

The latest appointments bring to seven the number of independent Hunt agents in North America; the company also has a sales office at its factory in Rhode Island and a recently launched satellite office in Annapolis, Md., according to company president Peter Van Lancker.

"The growth in our sales and our desire to be able to support our customers after their purchase has led our transition to an agent network," he said. "I am very pleased to have signed up such an exceptionally strong team, of which the latest additions are a good example."

Waypoint Marine Sales moved its offices to Catawba Island, Ohio.

Waypoint is Lake Erie's Western sales agent for Riverfront Marine, representing Sabre Yachts and Back Cove Yachts. Waypoint plans to have Back Cove Yachts on display this spring at the new location.

"It's time for an exciting and unique new line of boats on Lake Erie. The Sabre and Back Cove lines have Down East styling and are real head turners wherever they dock," Waypoint's Mike Mulligan said in a statement.

Waypoint also provides brokerage sales and service, specializing in Tiara and Pursuit products.

Waypoint will hold an open house May 14 to showcase the sales offices and the service and storage facilities.
