Dealers and Distributors

Publish date:

Our weekly roundup of dealers and distributors includes news from Beacon Point Marine, Transhield Inc. and Mastervolt.

Beacon Point Marine, located in the Cos Cob section of Greenwich, Conn., announced it is now a Marine Industry Five-Star Certified Dealership.

The certification program provides dealers with a set of criteria designed to create continuous improvement across all departments and, in turn, develop processes for meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

The criteria and business best practices address the quality of dealer sales, service, parts, follow-up and facilities, as well as employee and customer satisfaction.

Criteria compliance is verified by an independent program consultant and dealers are re-evaluated every year to ensure that they continue to meet the requirements.

Mastervolt, a leading supplier of electrical power solutions to the marine, mobile and solar markets, added Technautic B.V. as a new distributor to its global network.

The addition of Technautic increases Mastervolt’s presence in the Netherlands, as it joins Cuno Marine Supplies as a distributor of Mastervolt equipment.

“Mastervolt and Technautic speak the same language — both companies highly value quality, service and innovation, and we are looking forward to strengthening our relationship with Dutch retailers through Technautic’s expertise and large network,” Mastervolt general manager Pieter Eggermont said in a statement.
