Our weekly roundup of dealers and distributors includes news from Marquis Yachts and Nautic Global Group.

Marquis Yachts announced a new long-term partnership agreement for the Northeast market with Seaside 3 as the authorized Marquis and Carver Yachts representative.

Seaside 3, doing business as SS3 Yacht Sales, is a new corporation organized by Paul Barbara of Lindenhurst, N.Y., and business partners Robert and Ronald Arcate (Mariners Cove Marine, Hampton Bays, N.Y., and Staten Island, N.Y.)

SS3 Yacht Sales will represent the product lines of Marquis and Carver Yachts and will serve as the new flagship sales center for the brands in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine.

SS3 Yacht Sales will debut the Marquis & Carver products at its new sales facility and headquarters on the Montauk Highway in Lindenhurst and at fall and winter boat shows in New York and Connecticut.

“We are proud to begin this journey with SS3 Yacht Sales as our brand ambassador for the Northeast market,” Marquis vice president of sales and marketing Erik Nelson said in a statement. “This exciting new partnership provides a dealership with unmatched tenure and a history of proven success in this industry. The Barbara name has been synonymous with customer service and satisfaction on Long Island for over 50 years.”

“We are pleased to have the opportunity to partner with Marquis and Carver Yachts and to represent these respected brands in our new sales facility on the Montauk Highway on Long Island,” Barbara said in a statement. “The luxury product line that Marquis offers provides the perfect fit for our stores and the markets that we serve, and the exciting new Carver product line to be debuted at our upcoming boat shows will no doubt prove to be an instant success.”
