Everglades Boats nominated Yacht Works Inc. as a partner in its international expansion efforts.

Yacht Works also is Edgewater, Fla.-based Everglades’ authorized dealer on Lake Michigan and in Florida, covering the Miami area and the Keys.

“The team at Yacht Works presented us with a plan based on the contacts their team members have internationally and the success they have experienced with different boat lines,” sales and marketing vice president Bryan Harris said in a statement.

The international expansion will be headed by Yacht Works sales director Dirk Boehmer, who has managed international sales at Bertram, Sea Ray and Vicem Yachts.

Rec Boat Holdings named Kingston, Ontario-based The Boat Warehouse its largest Four Winns retailer for model-year 2012 at the 2013 annual dealer conference at The Abbey Resort, Fontana, Wis.

The Boat Warehouse has been a Four Winns dealer for 19 years and has received the top award multiple times, the company announced.

“The Boat Warehouse is an exemplary dealer for our Four Winns brand," Rec Boat Holdings president Roch Lambert said in a statement. “Dave Mayhew runs an outstanding business and has fully embraced our new product direction at Four Winns. Their customer service and sales expertise has, once again, fueled their solid retail sales achievement."

Four Winns dealers were recognized for sales achievement at their dealer meeting, which all Rec Boat Holdings dealers attended. Mayhew is a Four Winns dealer council member, providing input on new product development and sales programs for the company.
