Our weekly roundup of dealers and distributors includes news from Grady-White Boats and West Marine.

Naples Boat Mart of Naples, Fla., was awarded membership in the Grady-White Boats Admiral’s Circle for model-year 2012 for high achievement in sales and customer service.

“Grady-White would like to showcase Naples Boat Mart on their exceptional sales performance during the past 2012 model year,” Grady-White vice president of sales Joey Weller said in a statement. “We take pride in this top-performing dealership and their commendable customer satisfaction achievement.”

Admiral’s Circle membership is reserved for dealerships in the Grady-White network that have achieved a substantial amount in retail sales for the model year and have earned the company’s Service Excellence award, with customer satisfaction index scores exceeding 9.25 on a 10-point scale as rated in customer surveys.

This is the 12th year that Naples Boat Mart has earned the honor.

West Marine said it will hold an open house Oct. 26-28 at the company’s flagship superstore in Fort Lauderdale.

Underwater photographer Tony Ludovico will be on deck on Friday and Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. He will display his work, sign free prints for the first 50 people and provide giveaways.

The open house will include new electronics, refreshments, vendor demonstrations and the chance for customers to win a $1,000 shopping spree at the store.

West Marine also will be at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show Oct. 25-29 at booth No. 179. Drawings will occur daily at 5 p.m. during the show to announce the winners of electronics ranging in price from $50 to $2,000:
