Our weekly roundup of dealers and distributors includes news from MasterCraft Boat Co. and the Tom George Yacht Group.

MasterCraft Boat Co. signed Kansas City Watersports to its dealer network.

KC Watersports, located in Paola, Kan., sits about an hour outside Kansas City and specializes in all things wake with its cable park, wake camps, pro shop and now a full-service MasterCraft dealership.

MasterCraft said it strives to sign dealers that can offer the best experience through sales, service and industry involvement.

“The guys at KC Watersports bring a wealth of industry knowledge,” MasterCraft Midwest sales and marketing manager Matt McDevitt said in a statement. “This is a great opportunity for MasterCraft to partner with KC Watersports as a MasterCraft dealer, in addition to sponsoring their growing cable park operation. MasterCraft has always been the largest proponent of wakesports and this relationship demonstrates that even more.”

The Tom George Yacht Group moved to a new location along the Intracoastal Waterway in Dunedin.

The full-service yacht brokerage, which provides construction yacht management, charter and new construction from 20 to 200 feet, is now at Marker 1 Marina, 343 Causeway Blvd., Suite 210, Dunedin, FL 34698. It formerly was at 748 Broadway, Suite 201, in Dunedin.

The business also is the authorized Cobalt Boats dealer for the Tampa Bay area, including the area north to Crystal River, east to Lakeland and south to Sarasota, and is an authorized Mercury and Volvo Penta dealer.

“This is a very exciting move for our entire team,” brokerage president Tom George said in a statement. “We have been looking forward to having a facility that better suits our needs, and we have found that at Marker 1 Marina. It was important for us to stay in the Dunedin area, and we couldn't be more excited about our new location and facilities.”
