Sabre Yachts said DiMillo's Yacht Sales was named the top Sabre dealership for 2012.
DiMillo’s, based in Portland, Maine, and Glen Cove, N.Y., received the honor for the sixth year in a row.
"Our relationship with DiMillo’s Yacht Sales has been very good for both parties,” Sabre Yachts vice president of sales and marketing Bentley Collins said in a statement. “We are extremely pleased with the quality of sales representation and the aftersales follow-up offered by the DiMillo’s organization.”
The top dealership is the one that sells the most Sabre yachts and Sabre said DiMillo’s had a record-breaking year.
“Every member of our DiMillo's sales team has helped contribute to our successful year,” owner Chris DiMillo said in a statement. “In fact, each of our brokers sold at least one Sabre 48 in 2012. I also very much appreciate our service team; their follow-through with after-sales service ensures our owners keep boating and keep coming back."
DiMillo's Old Port Yacht Sales has been in business since 1996; in 2006 DiMillo opened the dealership in New York.

Bryant Boats added seven dealers in Atlanta; Columbia, S.C.; Durham, N.C.; Greenwood Lakes, N.J.; Long Island, N.Y.; and Phoenix.
“We’re extremely excited to have Boating Atlanta, Captain’s Choice, Pro Marine, Greenwood Lakes Marina, Bridge Marine, David’s Sports Center and Arizona Luxury Marine join the growing list of new Bryant dealer partners,” Jeff White, vice president of sales, said in a statement.
Many of the new dealers already have had a positive boat show season with Bryant’s product, the company announced.
“We’re also seeing immediate retail activity from all of the early shows this year. More encouraging is that we are seeing a considerable number of first-time boaters purchasing our products. That’s surprising in that we are generally considered a ‘boater’s boat,’ due to our extensive craftsmanship,” White added.
