Our weekly roundup of dealers and distributors includes news from Tides Marine, the Renegade Marine Group and Sea Ray Boats.

Tides Marine is now the master distributor for Mate USA products sold under the Marco and Tessilmare brand names, and the company is now also distributing Aqualuma LED marine lighting products.

Tides will feature both product lines Feb. 14-18 at the 2013 Progressive Insurance Miami International Boat Show at the Miami Beach Convention Center (booths Q40 and S43). The company also will exhibit its shaft seals and Isoflex engine mounts product lines at the show.

The Marco product line includes diesel transfer pumps, water and bilge transfer pumps, horns and oil change systems. Tessilmare is a manufacturer of rubrails and Bimini tops, including the new Sphaera 316L stainless-steel rubrail co-extruded with rigid and shockproof vinyl chloride and the space-saving, foldable and stowable bimini, respectively.

Aqualuma lights illuminate many of the world’s top superyachts and are original equipment on many leading boat and yacht brands, including Cabo, Hatteras, Regal, Riviera and Sunseeker, the company said.

The Renegade Marine Group named Blue Lagoon Marina as its latest dealer.

Renegade said Blue Lagoon will carry the full line of Renegade boats from 15 to 28 feet for the entire state of Michigan.

Blue Lagoon is located at 41680 Conger Bay Drive in Harrison Township, Mich.

Sea Ray Boats named Groupe Thomas Marine to its network of marine dealers.

The company joins Marina Fortin in serving customers throughout the Canadian province of Quebec. Marina Fortin has been a top Sea Ray dealer for more than 20 years and remains an important part of the Sea Ray dealer network.

“The addition of Groupe Thomas Marine strengthens our already considerable presence in the Quebec market,” Andy Graves, president of the Brunswick Boat Group, said in a statement. “I am delighted to welcome the dealership’s 29 years of experience to the Sea Ray team. Groupe Thomas Marine is committed to offering first-class service to its customers and will undoubtedly maintain the standards of excellence that our boat owners expect and deserve.”

Established in 1984 by Claude Thomas, who is now assisted by his wife and two sons, Groupe Thomas Marine has a team of more than 90 employees. The business has stores in Laval, Varennes, Sorel-Tracy and Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, with a total of more than 700 boats in inventory, 2 million parts and accessories in stock and a workforce of certified technicians.

Groupe Thomas Marine also operates Marina Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, located along the Richelieu River between the locks at St.-Ours and Chambly.
