Dealers and Distributors

Our weekly roundup of dealers and distributors includes news from Clarks Landing, CWR Electronics and First Mate Marine.

Clarks Landing will host a special day for Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Central Maryland June 20 at Shady Oaks Marina in Maryland.

The day will begin at 10 a.m. with a two-hour cruise aboard Clarks Landing's boats, followed by a picnic with games, prizes and giveaways. More than 40 little brothers and sisters ages 7 to 17, along with their Big Brothers and Big Sisters, will participate in the event.

Clarks Landing plans to make this an annual event that will grow over time, with the intention to open it up to local boat owners, community leaders and corporate and individual sponsors.

"Our team is excited to offer our services for this great event. Many of these young people have never experienced what it's like to be out on the water on a boat," said Jeff Truesdale, general manager of Clarks Landing, in a statement. "We are happy to give them this experience. Even if the event is only for a day, the memories will last a lifetime."
