Grady-White Boats added Park Boat Company and Powersports, of Washington, N.C., to its dealer network.

Park Boat Company is a family business, founded in 1952 by Dennis Smithwick as a small outboard dealership on the Pamlico River. Through the years, Park has moved to two new locations to match the company's growth.

Mesco, of Thorofare, N.J., and Seacoast Distributors, of Lindenhurst, N.Y., are the exclusive distributors of Marina Power and Lighting pedestals in the mid-Atlantic region.

"We're very pleased to be able to partner with a company of Eaton's caliber and complete our offering of quality dock products," said Jim Del Cioppo, vice president of sales and marketing, for Mesco and Seacoast, in a statement. "Our customers can now enjoy freight free competitive pricing and service on the most popular MPL units."

Scout Boats added North Carolina-based Boats Unlimited to its dealer network.

The dealership will carry Scout models exclusively in its four sales and service locations in Greensboro, Raleigh/Durham, Wilmington and New Bern.

"Boats Unlimited has been successfully serving boaters in the North Carolina area for 30 years and we feel this will be a strong partnership for both companies," said Alan Lang, national/international sales manager for Scout Boats, in a statement

Scout builds sportfishing, ski, walkaround, flats and bay boat models ranging from 14 to 35 feet.

Centek Industries, a leading manufacturer of fiberglass marine wet exhaust mufflers and systems, appointed Bukh Bremen GmbH to distribute the company's products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Headquartered in Bremen, Germany, Bukh Bremen has been supplying boat builders, boatyards and dealers with marine engine systems and related products since 1976.

Centek's list of custom mufflers and marine exhaust products has grown to more than 14,000 specially designed units. The company offers fiberglass exhaust components that are Lloyd's Register Type approved, ABS type approved and meet or exceed ABYC-P1 standards.

AAA Yacht Sales, of Melbourne, Fla., expanded its business offerings into southern New England.

AAA Yacht Sales Connecticut, located in West Haven, will offer yacht sales and brokerage, specifically buyer's brokerage. In affiliation with the Florida office, AAA Yacht Sales Connecticut will represent several brands of sailboats, catamarans and motoryachts, as well as several lines of inflatable boats and dinghies.

Michael Kuzmuk will oversee the New England operation.

"We are very excited about this new venture and the scope of services it offers to our clients," said Jim Guin, president of AAA Yacht Sales, in a statement. "I am excited about how this will expand the future of our company. It's important to stay competitive and to offer clients a myriad of services."
