Tennessee-based Erwin Marine Sales achieved Marine Industry Dealership Certification for the fourth year, the dealership recently announced.

"By maintaining certification, Erwin Marine Sales has demonstrated that we are dedicated to providing our customers with a consistent and positive experience every time they visit our dealership," the dealership said in a statement. "Customers know when they see the Marine Industry Certified Dealership logo in our window that we care about their boating experience from purchase to service and beyond."

Marine Industry Dealer Certification is an industry standards program developed by boat manufacturers, dealers and engine builders, as part of an industry-wide effort to develop programs focused on delivering an excellent boating experience.

The program provides dealers with a set of criteria designed to create continuous improvement across all departments, and develop processes for meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

The criteria and business best practices address the quality of dealer sales, service, parts, follow-up, facilities, as well as employee and customer satisfaction.

Carolina Waterworks brought on a new dealer in Orlando, Fla.

H2O Floating Dock will offer the company's complete line of dock products, including the innovative Safe Haven Systems.

"Carolina Waterworks products are durable, work the way they're supposed to and have had great responses from our customers," H2O Floating Dock owner Matt Terrero said in a statement. Bob Seeger of Longboat Key, Fla.-based Seeger Yacht Sales & Brokerage Services has earned a Certified Professional Yacht Broker designation.

The certified designation is the highest professional credential for yacht brokers. Only 486 brokers hold this highly prestigious designation in North America.

Seeger has been in the yacht brokerage business for 10 years, and has been a 500-ton captain since 1990. Seeger Yacht Sales & Brokerage specializes in large- and small-boat brokerage services for private clients throughout North America.

To be designated as a Certified Professional Yacht Broker, a candidate must have a minimum of three years experience as a full-time yacht broker and pass an exam that tests yacht-brokering skills and knowledge.
