"With the current instability of dealer floorplan financing, we're taking the hassle out of it by taking the boat directly to the dealer," Scout president and CEO Steve Potts said in a statement. "Customers can conveniently log into a Web site link for each location and register to sea-trial the model. And not only will the dealer staff be there, but knowledgeable Scout staff will also be on hand to answer any questions the customers might have."
Scout builds center console, express, fish-and-ski, flats and bay boat models from 15 to 35 feet.
