Our weekly roundup of dealers and distributors includes news from Scout Boats and Caribbean Multihulls.

Scout Boats, based in Summerville, S.C., announced the addition of six new national dealers.

There have been a total of 13 new dealers signed on by the manufacturer in the last few months. The latest include Atlantic Outboard Inc. in Westbrook, Conn.; Grande Yachts International in Grasonville, Md.; Marathon Boat & Yacht Sales in Marathon, Fla.; Naples Marina Sales in Naples, Fla.; Parks Marina in Okoboji, Iowa; and Pier 33 in St. Joseph, Mich.

Caribbean Multihulls, which calls itself the Caribbean's first catamaran dealership not owned by a charter company, opened its doors Monday on the island of St. Martin.

The company is based in Marina Royale in Marigot on the east coast of St. Martin and is a joint venture between the founders of MiCats and industry veteran Peter Cohen.
