Hunt Yachts added two new dealers to its network.

The company recently appointed Irish Boat Shop in Michigan, and Offshore West in California to its network.

Irish Boat Shop has been serving recreational boaters from Harbor Springs, Mich., since 1961 and from Charlevoix, Mich., since 1971. Irish sells and services multiple lines of powerboats, as well as sailboats and engines; operates three separate marinas with more than 300 slips and has three ABYC-certified master technicians on staff.

Offshore West was established in 1996 to be the exclusive West Coast dealer for Offshore Yachts. This family-owned company has since broadened its responsibilities through a Florida office to represent Offshore's 52-90 foot motoryachts worldwide in sales and brokerage.

"Our capabilities both here in Rhode Island and overseas in Taiwan allow us to deliver nearly custom-level boatbuilding," Hunt Yacht president Peter Van Lancker said in a statement. "We want our customers to achieve their dream yacht and this encourages a lot of discussion before we build their boat. We wanted to make that easier for customers, so we're bringing the discussion closer to them by establishing a few, very carefully selected dealers."

Outer Reef-Europe opened another office in the European market, which will serve Turkey and surrounding islands in the Eastern Mediterranean.

Outer Reef Yachts-Turkey will be headed up by Deniz Aylan.

"Turkey has proven to be a strong market for our style of yacht. We first realized the potential of Turkey as a market for Outer Reef at last year's Cannes Yacht Show," said Trevor DeFaoite, director European Union sales, in a statement.
