Disney Institute to keynote 2012 IMBC

The International Marina & Boatyard Conference will mark its 10th anniversary with a presentation by the Disney Institute.

The IMBC is scheduled for Feb. 1-3, 2012, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

The Disney Institute will present “Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence” on Feb. 2. The keynote session will showcase the five most powerful lessons in business and focus on teachings the Disney organization has developed in its pursuit of excellence.

“We are thrilled to tap into Disney’s resources for IMBC’s keynote session,” said Jim Frye, president and chairman of the Association of Marina Industries, in a statement. “Disney has a proven track record for excellent customer service, brand loyalty, people management and leadership. We are confident IMBC’s attendees will benefit from the wealth of knowledge and experience Disney Institute offers.”

Registration for IMBC will open in September.
