The Blackstone Group has sold the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina to Brookfield Asset Management for $170.6 million. The RealDeal.com reports that the sale of the complex, which includes a 33-slip marina and a 589-room hotel, is one of the largest hotel sales in South Florida in recent years. The 9-acre property sits on the Intracoastal Waterway.

The Hilton Fort Lauderdale was completed in 1981 and has been renovated several times. Blackstone has also owned the Bahia Mar Yachting Center and Pier 66. It sold those two Florida properties in 2014 and 2016, respectively.
