Contract management system YachtCloser is partnering with Galati Yacht Sales, one of the largest privately held yacht dealerships in the world.

“Our 50-plus-member sales team is disseminated throughout our nine locations in Florida, Alabama, Texas, Michigan and Costa Rica. YachtCloser allows for greater management involvement in their day-to-day operations and has helped to improve communications internally and externally with our brokerage channel,” Galati Yacht sales vice president Darren Plymale said in a statement. “It also offers excellent tools for our business office team to improve the professionalism of our closing forms.”

“YachtCloser’s online signature function makes for a more proficient buyer/seller experience,” Plymale said. “Most important of all, YachtCloser’s web-based system has increased efficiency within our brokerage transactions and listings.”

YachtCloser said it manages more than $2 billion in active boat and yacht contracts nationwide.
