Grady-White Boats honors MarineMax dealer


MarineMax of the Northern Gulf was awarded membership in the Grady-White Boats Admiral’s Circle for model-year 2014.

This award is in recognition of exceptional achievement in sales and customer service. Admiral’s Circle membership is reserved for dealerships in the Grady-White network that have achieved at least $2 million in retail sales for the model year and have earned Grady-White’s Customer Service Excellence award with customer satisfaction index scores of at least a 9.5 on a 10-point scale as rated in actual customer surveys.

This is the 15th year that MarineMax of the Northern Gulf, which consists of locations in Gulf Shores, Ala., Pensacola, Fla., and Panama City Beach, Fla., has earned the accolade.

“MarineMax of the Northern Gulf has proven their dedication to their customers by demonstrating exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of the sales and service experience,” Grady-White vice president of sales Joey Weller said in a statement.

“The superior performance and outstanding construction of the Grady-White models are key factors in our ability to earn sales and to achieve a high level of overall customer satisfaction,” MarineMax Pensacola general manager Mark Breton said.

“Along with my partners Aaron Kramer, general manager at the Gulf Shores store, and John Hancherick, general manager at the Panama City Beach store, and all our team members, we are exceptionally proud to receive this honor for the 15th time.”
