The International Marina Institute is offering a safety webinar at noon EDT on Wednesday.

The webinar is designed to help marina owners prevent accidents. It will define good repair and explain regulations that apply to marina docks.

It also will offer guidelines for equipment and training so owners are prepared to deal with emergencies that happen on the water — training that is necessary because of the rate of accidents.
