MarineMax adds Azimut Benetti Group yachts in Northeast

MarineMax, the nation's largest recreational boat retailer, expanded its relationship with Azimut Benetti Group, one of the world's leading manufacturers of luxury yachts.

MarineMax is adding Benetti Yachts and Azimut Grande to its product offerings in the Northeast, including Boston, New York, Philadelphia and Baltimore.

MarineMax will now be the exclusive marketing representative for the Benetti Delfino 93, Benetti Tradition 105, Benetti Classic 121 and Azimut Grande products, including the 100, 103SL, 105, 116 and 120SL.

“This new agreement opens a natural growth path for our extensive client base in the Northeast and reflects the confidence Azimut Benetti Group has in MarineMax, based on our success selling and servicing their products for many years,” MarineMax’s chairman, president and chief executive William H. McGill Jr. said in a statement. “We are looking forward to taking care of the needs of these customers as their boating desires grow.”


Connecticut spring show adds charity benefit

AIM announces new hires

Catapult Creative Labs, the internal marketing communications agency of Active Interest Media, has hired Andrea Kupfer as vice president, account executive and Christina Erb LoVullo as creative services director. Kupfer will lead Catapult’s long-term sales growth and profitability and Erb LoVullo will oversee marketing and creative services.
