MarineMax franchise hires brokerage manager

MarineMax Port Clinton in Ohio said Jake Jacobs will be its new brokerage manager.

MarineMax said Jacobs is an industry veteran, having owned PTL Yacht Sales, with locations in Port Clinton and Sandusky, Ohio, for more than 12 years. He also was the owner of Haul My Toys LLC, hauling boats to all of the lower 48 contiguous states.

“I am excited to join the crew at MarineMax Port Clinton. With all their assembled talent, it is like playing on an all-star team,” Jacobs said in a statement. “I am especially looking forward to reuniting with the Port Clinton boating community and connecting with my former customers.”
