MarineMax has named TJ Rose as regional president. He will be in charge of operations at 11 facilities ranging from New Jersey to North Carolina.

“This is an exciting opportunity to expand upon my current experience and help bring MarineMax to the next level,” said Rose in a statement.

Rose started at MarineMax in 1999 as a sales consultant in Ohio where he moved up to general manager. Most recently, he was a district manager responsible for operations in Baltimore and Wrightsville Beach, N.C. He is a graduate of Elon University and has an MBA from Case Western Reserve. He and his wife Jill are avid boaters who enjoy the water with their dog Reily.

“TJ has an excellent history of success with MarineMax,” said Kyle Langbehn, vice president of operations at MarineMax in a statement. “I look forward to seeing him continue in this trend and achieve many goals moving forward.”
