MarineMax Promotes Two Executives


MarineMax announced that it appointed Shawn Berg and Kyle Langbehn executive officers.

Berg has been chief digital officer since April 2019, responsible for the company’s technology, marketing and digital business operations. He served as vice president of technology after joining MarineMax in 2017.

Berg has held multiple officer-level positions and has extensive experience in finance, insurance, distribution, servicing and supply-chain operations.

Langbehn has been president of retail operations since July 2020. He joined MarineMax in 2002 and most recently was vice president of operations. He has held several positions with the company, including sales consultant, sales manager, general sales manager, general manager and regional president.

“I am confident these accomplished leaders, with a demonstrated passion for our company and industry, will continue to drive results for our customers, team members and shareholders,” CEO Brett McGill said in a statement. “Shawn and Kyle will be instrumental in executing against our strategic long-term objectives.”
