MyTaskit has introduced a product upgrade with a new scheduling feature that allows users to assign work to technicians well into the future, while offering the flexibility to instantly adjust to schedule changes.
The scheduling feature seeks to increase efficiency and time management for supervisors, service managers and business owners.
"MyTaskit Scheduling is an exciting new set of capabilities," said MyTaskit product innovation senior director Brian Bretz in a statement. "Service teams can now focus on customer availability and be very specific when assigning technicians. It also provides the tools for last-minute requests, employee absences or rescheduling appointments."
Businesses can schedule ahead, coordinating around customer and technician availability and skillsets.
If someone calls in sick or a business needs to re-prioritize, technicians can be redirected in real time.
Supervisors can monitor progress throughout the work assignment and make adjustments as needed.
