MyTaskit is celebrating the registration of more than 3,000 consumers.

The company also said that more than 25,000 consumers have adopted MyTaskit for their marine service businesses.

MyTaskit for boat owners, formerly known as The Boat Village, helps owners and captains coordinate maintenance and repair online.

“Consumers, particularly boat owners, are quickly realizing how MyTaskit can make their lives easier,” MyTaskit founder and CEO Kevin Hutchinson said in a statement. “When they have a service issue, they can assign that task by simply hitting ‘Taskit’ to their service pros. They can even upload a photo or video to better explain a service issue. People bank and shop online; why shouldn’t their boat maintenance be that easy?”

“It’s a no-brainer,” Hutchinson said. “People love the ongoing dialogue with their service techs, who have a complete visual history of your boat maintenance and work history.”
