SureShade honored the MarineMax Fort Myers store in Florida with its 2015 Dealer of the Year Award for outstanding sales and service.

The SureShade Dealer Award and Recognition program awards top boat dealers after evaluating sales performance, installation expertise, customer service, co-marketing efforts and private boat owner feedback.

MarineMax Fort Myers has promoted SureShade sunshade systems as a new model option for boat brands in the MarineMax portfolio, including Sea Ray, Boston Whaler, Grady-White, Scout and Galeon. MarineMax dealers carry 30 models across six boat brands that are available with SureShade as a factory-installed option.

SureShade said MarineMax Fort Myers outfitted many boats with aftermarket installations last year.

“Offering SureShade has been an important part of our growth as we continue to service our clients using the best resources and products available to us,” MarineMax Fort Myers service manager Christopher La Selva said in a statement. “This acknowledgement means a great deal to the team at MarineMax Fort Myers and we are genuinely honored.”

“The MarineMax sales and service team understands the demand for SureShade and truly goes the extra mile to sell our shade products on new boats and work with existing clients on aftermarket installs,” SureShade business leader and co-founder Dana Russikoff said.

“They choose to continually stock their lot with SureShade-equipped models from the factory and have taken the time to become the regional experts on our sunshade products and aftermarket installation process. The entire team at MarineMax Fort Myers has been a pleasure to work with and we look forward to continuing to grow our relationship.”
